The breakfast was light, it suited my appetite perfectly after the evening meal. the room was super clean and cozy. It ensured a restful sleep after my workday. the staff offered a warm welcome. I greatly appreciated that after a stressful day. i found the included breakfast to be a pleasant surprise.
the shower in my room was not very powerful.

the hotel offers a good location for exploring the surrounding area. the hotel is situated near the pennine way hike trail. the hotel offers superb views. we loved the location, it was fine.

faulty keypoor apology
the night door key did not work. i was stuck outside in the cold. the reception staff offered no apology at checkout. they acted as if it was not a big deal.
